I actually discovered this natural acne remedy by accident. I started taking fish oil to relieve dry eyes and over the period of a few months I realized I wasn’t getting cystic pimples during my monthly cycle anymore. I’ve tested it out by not taking it some months and sure enough my monthly breakouts come back and right on schedule. I take 2000 mg (usually 2 capsules) daily beginning 5 days before my next menstrual is due and continue taking it until it ends and I repeat this every month. If I do this I don’t get any cysts, not even one.
